Refund policy

Due to the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.


If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at themunybeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Exceptions:

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to replace a faulty product.
